Michele and Joe’s Mission Statement
Michele and Joe’s Mission: is to inform, inspire, and empower healthcare professionals and students to become the most effective and most successful healthcare professional that each can become. ‘Most effective’ means providing the best care possible for patients; ‘Most successful’ means developing a financially, intellectually, and personally satisfying career. I believe that with the proper training, the proper guidance, and proper support, every healthcare professional can achieve this.
Michele and Joe’s Business: is to teach healthcare professionals and students in all the practical subjects that make a healthcare professional effective and successful. I do this by teaching healthcare professionals and students in the hospital, in the medical office, in the classroom, on-line, and through our websites, books, study-guides, videos, and articles. All of our teaching methods and aids are presented in a pleasant and easy to understand format – which creates an atmosphere that is conducive to learning.
Michele and Joe’s Values: We believe that the work that my husband Joe and I do is exactly what the nursing profession needs to make it a more respected profession, which can have a direct effect on easing the nursing shortage. The more nurses that Joe and I can help become effective and successful, the more successful we feel, and the better the nursing profession becomes. Helping and training more nurses to become more effective and more successful will, over time, also help convince more hard-working people to enter the nursing profession.
Michele and Joe’s Hope: is that Joe and I can continue to do this work for many more years. The more healthcare professionals and students that we help, the more healthcare professionals and students that they will in turn help. The healthcare profession has been very good to me and Joe, and I believe and hope that we can help make the healthcare profession good for others too.
